Is shipping really just $7?
Yes! We know shipping can be expensive. We are happy to offer a flat rate shipping on all orders...no matter how many candles you order!
What are my payment options?
We accept any major credit card or you may choose to pay through Paypal.
Where and how do you ship?
We currently ship USPS to valid United States addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking information will be sent via email so you can check up on your order at any time! We are committed to shipping orders as quickly as possible. Most orders go out within the week, and more typically within 1 to 2 days of order placed. We pride ourselves in quick shipping!
What is your return policy?
We love our candles, and we hope you do, too! However, we do understand that it can sometimes be difficult to know if a fragrance is for you. If you order a candle and don’t absolutely love it right out of the box, you can return or exchange the unused product within 30 days of delivery.
Reclaimed Candles cannot be returned as they are unique one of a kind items. However, if your Reclaimed Candle is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and details of your order.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email inthefarmkitchenshop@gmail with your order number and details of the damaged candle and we will replace it for you, on us!
